Meet the Team

Want to know more about the folks who make it all happen?

Meet our amazing team below!

Kyle Greer Founder Texas Gutter Guys

Founder

Kyle Greer

Meet Kyle, our Gutter Guru.

Kyle is the founder of Texas Gutter Guys and the reason none of us can look at a roofline like normal people anymore. Take him anywhere, and he’s checking the gutters. Dinner reservation? Lovely. But first, he has some concerns about that downspout.

Weird roofline? He’s interested. Water going the wrong direction? Now it’s personal. Kyle can gutter just about anything you put in front of him, and if you stand still long enough, he may start discussing your drainage options.

He built this company on quality materials, doing things the right way, and taking care of people long after the installation. He doesn’t believe in cutting corners or calling something “good enough.” If there’s a better way to do it, he wants to figure it out. Then explain it. Then grab something to demonstrate. We hope you weren’t headed anywhere.

Originally from Corpus Christi, Kyle loves a good wave, the beach, and driving on the sand. The man built an entire career around keeping water away from houses, then spends his free time trying to get as close to it as possible. Apparently, water is only a problem when it’s unsupervised.

When he’s off the clock, you’ll find him hunting, fishing, or spending time with Brittney, their kids, Blake and Jase, and their two spoiled pit bulls. He also claims to enjoy long walks on the beach with his wife, although the fishing pole suggests Brittney has been unknowingly participating in guided shoreline expeditions.

Kyle operates at approximately a million miles an hour, usually with an idea, a project, and three more things he wants to show you. Brittney and Kay help keep him on track, which mostly involves saying, “Love that idea, Kyle. Can we finish the first six before we start number seven?”

Underneath all that energy is someone who has a giant heart and truly loves his family, his team, and the work he does. He wants homeowners to understand what they’re getting, why it matters, and how it protects their home.

Just be careful asking him a “quick gutter question.”

Brittney has snacks in the office. You’re going to need them.

Brittney greer Texas Gutter guys

Owner

Brittney Greer

Meet Brittney, the one running the systems, the strategy, and occasionally Kyle.

Every company needs someone who knows what’s happening, what should be happening, and why the printer has chosen violence. At Texas Gutter Guys, that’s Brittney.

Marketing, website, SEO, hiring, IT, operations: if it lives on a screen, involves a spreadsheet, or starts with “we should probably have a process for this,” she’s already involved. Possibly against the software’s will.

She holds three degrees, including an MBA with a concentration in marketing, and proudly calls Arizona State University her alma mater. Yes, she’s blonde. Yes, she has three degrees. Please allow a moment for the stereotype to recover.

Detail-oriented, highly organized, and aggressively Type A, Brittney doesn’t lose sleep wondering whether she forgot something. She loses sleep wondering whether everyone else did. If something’s off, she’s probably already spotted it, fixed it, and created a procedure with a name, a deadline, and absolutely no room for interpretation.

But behind the systems is someone who cares deeply about people. Brittney is always thinking about how to make the customer experience better and build a team people actually enjoy being part of. She also stocks the office fridge and snacks like she’s feeding an entire football team. We install gutters, but apparently, we also need halftime refreshments.

When she gets a little time to herself, you’ll find her rock crawling in her Barbie pink Jeep, getting in a workout, spending time with Jesus, or sitting in a 130-degree sauna in complete silence. Her faith is the foundation of everything she does, keeping her grounded, grateful, and occasionally reminding her that not everything requires a response. She's still working on that last part. 😂

And for a woman who spends her days answering questions, sweating in a room where nobody can ask her anything qualifies as a luxury vacation. Just her, Jesus, and absolutely nobody asking, "Hey Brittney, do you have a second?"

And if you ate the last office snack without telling her, may your gutters drain faster than you can.

kay dissinger texas gutter guys

Office Manager

Kay Dissinger

Meet Kay, the heart of the office. Please knock gently.

Every office needs a heartbeat. Ours is Kay, and it occasionally spikes because someone walked around a corner at a normal human speed.

As our Office Manager, Kay keeps the phones answered, assessments scheduled, processes moving, and customers feeling taken care of. She also helps Brittney keep Kyle on track, which is less like managing a calendar and more like trying to put a seat belt on a tornado.

Need a design? Kay. A question answered? Kay. Someone who knows what’s happening, where everyone needs to be, and which version of the file we’re actually using? Also Kay. At this point, “Office Manager” feels less like a job title and more like a wildly understated introduction.

She also handles human resources, making her the person responsible for workplace conduct while working with this particular group of personalities. Please keep Kay in your thoughts.

One of the kindest people you’ll ever meet, Kay has a way of making you feel like you’ve known her forever. She brings warmth, patience, and calm to the office, despite being personally victimized by the air conditioning. It can be 104 degrees outside, and Kay is inside preparing for a winter that only she can feel.

Kyle likes to say, “Kay keeps this place running, and we keep her on her toes by accidentally scaring her at least once a day.” We would file an incident report, but she’s also HR, and frankly, she has enough paperwork.

Outside of work, Kay’s world revolves around her two kids and her beloved dog, Kurt.

Whether she’s helping a homeowner, designing our next project, or gently redirecting Kyle for the seventh time before lunch, Kay puts her whole heart into taking care of people.

She keeps this place on beat. Just announce yourself before entering, or we’re all going to hear the percussion.

Glen Whited Texas Gutter Guys

Gutter Solution Manager

Glen Whited

Meet Glen, Chief of Keeping Everyone’s Minds in the Gutter and our Circus Ringmaster

Every circus needs a ringmaster, and ours has 20 years of sales experience and a team whose minds are permanently in the gutter. As our Gutter Solution Manager, Glen keeps everyone motivated, moving forward in the right direction, and occasionally explains why “just wing it” is not a company procedure.

Glen takes honesty, trust, and homeowner care seriously. Himself? Considerably less. He believes getting the right solution for your home should feel comfortable and straightforward. You’ve already got water coming off your roof. You don’t need a sales guy coming on too strong, too.

Growing up on Lake Travis gave Glen a love for the outdoors and apparently very little interest in quiet, inexpensive hobbies. Fishing, motorcycles, side-by-sides: if it burns gas, kicks up dirt, or requires him to explain why he needs another piece of equipment, he’s interested.

He’s also engaged to his beautiful fiancée,

Madison, proving that even a man who spends his days with his mind in the gutter can marry up. She’s getting a husband with decades of negotiation experience, which should serve him well until she asks, “Do you really need another fishing rod?” At that point, we wish him the best.

Above all, Glen loves his family, spending time with his fiancée and soon-to-be bonus son, a good comedy movie, and stand-up that leaves him struggling to breathe. We cannot promise he won’t bring those jokes to the morning meeting. We can only apologize to our team in advance.

His philosophy is simple: work hard, treat people right, make time for family, and keep the water flowing where it belongs.

And if the fish are biting? Madison, please come collect your man.

Eric Lonigro texas gutter guys

Gutter Solution Advisor

Eric Lonigro

Meet Eric, Our Resident Rain Wrangler

Eric helps homeowners make sense of their gutter options without making it feel like they accidentally signed up for a three-hour sales presentation. As one of our Gutter Solution Advisors, he brings honest guidance, an easygoing personality, and a Louisiana accent that occasionally requires subtitles.

Originally from Monroe, Louisiana, Eric has that Southern ability to show up for an assessment and somehow make you feel like you’ve been neighbors for 15 years. Don’t worry if you miss a word or two. He’s happy to repeat himself, although we cannot promise the second version will contain fewer syllables.

Behind the accent is someone who takes looking out for homeowners seriously. Eric listens to what’s going on, walks you through your options, and helps you understand what makes sense for your home. Ask him questions. That’s what he’s there for. We’d much rather you ask Eric than stand in your yard during a thunderstorm trying to diagnose the situation yourself.

He’s friendly, down to earth, and easy to talk to. The kind of guy who can explain water flow without putting you to sleep, then transition into a sports conversation so smoothly you forget you were discussing downspouts.

And if there’s a game on, Eric probably already knows the score. Football, basketball, baseball: if someone’s keeping stats, he’s interested. We haven’t officially tested his ability to discuss gutters while tracking a game, but we suspect it’s his strongest form of multitasking.

Outside of work, Eric loves spending time with his wife and their three kids. With three children, he understands that teamwork matters, patience is essential, and silence usually means someone needs to go check something.

He also says one of his favorite pastimes is gazing into his beautiful wife’s eyes. A very strong answer from a man who knows this bio is going on the internet where she can read it. Well played, Eric.

At the end of the day, he takes pride in helping people protect their homes and feel good about the decisions they make.

He’ll wrangle the rain. You may have to wrangle him back from talking about the game.

Gutter Solution Advisor

Ev Gaytan

Meet Ev, The Guy Your Gutters Didn't Know They Needed

Meet Ev, one of our amazing Gutter Advisors and a man who somehow manages to have his head in the gutter while keeping his heart in the right place.

Hardworking, outgoing, and family-oriented, Ev believes in doing the right thing, treating people with respect, and lending a helping hand whenever he can. He's the kind of guy who would give you the shirt off his back. Although, depending on the Texas heat, you might want to let him keep it.

Faith and family are at the center of everything Ev does. His relationship with God keeps him grounded, his values keep him humble, and his work ethic keeps him moving. Usually from one roofline to the next.

When he's meeting with homeowners, Ev brings that same genuine, down-to-earth attitude to every assessment. No pressure, no unnecessary sales pitch, and definitely no judging your gutters for their questionable life choices. He's there to listen, answer questions, and help you find the right solution for your home.

Ev believes in treating others the way he'd want to be treated, which is great news for our customers and slightly unfortunate news for any clogged gutter trying to hide from him.

His philosophy? Work hard, stay humble, trust God, and never underestimate a man who's genuinely excited to talk about gutters.

Around here, we call that a keeper. Even if his mind is permanently in the gutter. 😉

Lead gutter installer texas gutter guys

Professional Gutter Installer

Jarod Layton

Meet Jarod, the Reason Our Install Team Holds Together Better Than Your Old Gutters.

Every install team needs someone who works hard, shows up for his people, and sees something that needs doing without waiting for a formal invitation. Ours is Jarod Layton. He’s the glue of our installer team, which is impressive considering how much Texas heat we expose him to.

Jarod even puts in the work to keep the warehouse clean. If you’ve ever seen what happens when a group of installers all decide they’ll “put that away later,” you understand this qualifies as an act of public service.

He also holds an electrical apprentice license, because apparently being handy in just one trade wasn’t enough. Between gutters, electrical training, and a baby on the way, the man is collecting skills, responsibilities, and reasons to buy more tools.

Born in Llano, Texas, Jarod is a country boy at heart. He loves hunting, fishing, and spending time with friends and family. Basically, if there’s good company and a reasonable chance someone says, “You should’ve seen the size of it,” he’s having a great time.

At 23, Jarod is recently married and expecting his first baby. He’s proud to work for what he has and provide for his growing family. He’s also about to discover that a tiny person with no job can somehow become the most expensive member of the household.

Family means everything to Jarod. Whether he’s enjoying a vacation, spending time with the people he loves, or getting ready for fatherhood, he’s building a life he’s proud of. We suspect his experience functioning around loud equipment will come in handy, although babies have significantly fewer troubleshooting instructions.

At Texas Gutter Guys, he brings that same commitment to the crew. He cares about the work, takes pride in pulling his weight, and loves being part of a company that’s growing right along with his family.

Hardworking, dependable, and always ready to pitch in, Jarod helps keep this team together and moving forward.

We’d say they don’t make them like this anymore, but he’s got one on the way.

Professional Gutter Installer

Jorge Ramirez

Meet Jorge, Our Self-Appointed Professor of Gutters and Unsolicited Commentary.

Jorge Ramirez brings four years of gutter experience to Texas Gutter Guys. We know this because he told us. And if you missed it, don’t worry. He’ll work it into the conversation again shortly.

With those four years comes hands-on knowledge, pride in his work, and the confidence of a man who apparently received tenure sometime during year three. He knows his way around a gutter system, and he enjoys making sure the rest of us know that he knows.

Jorge is always cracking jokes, busting chops, and keeping the crew entertained. Working alongside him means getting both an experienced installer and a running commentary you did not subscribe to. There’s no mute button. We checked.

But behind the jokes is someone who loves Jesus, loves animals, and brings plenty of heart to the team. We’re assuming the animals get a gentler version of his humor, although we cannot rule out him telling a puppy he has four years of experience.

He also recently proposed to his fiancée, proving he can occasionally get serious long enough to ask an important question. She said yes, officially signing up for a lifetime of jokes, unsolicited commentary, and reminders that he has four years of gutter experience.

Jorge brings skill, personality, and a steady supply of good-natured trouble to our installer team. He takes pride in what he does and makes a hard day’s work a lot more entertaining.

And in case we haven’t mentioned it, he has four years of experience.

Please don’t make us update this every anniversary, Jorge.

Colton Landers Gutter Installer

Professional Gutter Installer

Colton Landers

Meet Colton, Our Minister of Cheap Shades and Proper Drainage.

Straight out of Liberty Hill, Texas, Colton runs on energy drinks, country living, and sunglasses priced low enough that losing a pair qualifies as a minor inconvenience. At 21, he’s already discovered his preferred working conditions: outside, in the sun, building something. Office chair? No thanks. He’d like his workplace with a chance of a farmer’s tan.

Colton loves working hard and seeing something come together with his own two hands. When he’s not putting that energy to work at Texas Gutter Guys, he enjoys helping his dad build things and work on his event venue. Apparently, finishing a full day of physical labor and then going home to do more is a hobby. We’re tired just writing about it.

He’s happiest out in the country, where there’s room to roam, something to work on, and considerably fewer people suggesting he spend the day indoors. Give him a hiking trail, a fishing spot, or time with friends and family, and he’s right where he wants to be.

With two siblings and a wonderful bonus mom who spoils him rotten, Colton has a strong support system. She even makes sure his alarm is set every night. Behind every hardworking young man is someone asking, “Did you plug your phone in, and is the volume actually on?”

One of Colton’s greatest inspirations is his late grandfather, Jerry, who will always hold a special place in his heart. His memory remains an important part of Colton’s life and the man he’s becoming.

Colton is always joking around and making the most of life, bringing plenty of humor and energy to the team. Between the sunshine, the hard work, and a mind that’s already permanently in the gutter, he fits right in.

Just don’t ask to borrow his sunglasses. He has absolutely no idea where the last six pairs went.

Professional Gutter Installer

Amoz Jimenez

Meet Amoz, Heavyweight Champion of Rain Relocation

Amoz Jimenez is our newest installer, a proud dad, and a man committed to becoming the best version of himself. He loves Jesus, his son, and being outdoors, which means he arrived with his priorities in order. We just added gutters to the list.

Being a father to his amazing son is one of the most important parts of Amoz’s life. He wants to lead by example, work hard, and build a future his little boy can be proud of.

His faith is at the center of who he is and the man he’s working to become. It shapes how he treats people, approaches life, and keeps growing. We’re happy to have another person on the team who knows that a solid foundation matters long before we start discussing where your downspouts go.

Outside of work, Amoz loves fishing, spending time outdoors, and staying active through mixed martial arts. Apparently, a full day of physical work doesn’t wear him out enough, so he’s found an extracurricular activity with even fewer opportunities to sit down.

Fishing gives him a chance to slow things down, enjoy the outdoors, and patiently wait for something to happen. Around here, we call that useful preparation for listening to Kyle finish explaining a gutter project.

Amoz is also single, a detail he made very clear in his original introduction. We asked for a work bio, and the man made sure nobody left with unanswered questions. We respect the efficiency.

Above all, Amoz is focused on being a good father, growing in his faith, and putting in the work to become the man he wants to be. We’re glad to have him on the crew.

Welcome to Texas Gutter Guys, Amoz. Come for the gutters. Stay for the people. Bring your own lunch, because this crew considers an unattended taco abandoned property.

Our Story: How a Family Built Texas Gutter Guys

Built from family, faith, hard work, and a different way of doing business.

For Kyle and Brittney Greer, Texas Gutter Guys began with a shared vision: build a company they could be proud of and a life with more room for the family they were working so hard to support.

They brought different strengths to that vision. Kyle understood homeowners and the gutter industry. Brittney understood marketing, technology, and how to build a brand. Together, they saw an opportunity to create a local business centered on quality work, clear communication, and lasting relationships.

In August 2022, Kyle founded Texas Gutter Guys in Cedar Park, Texas. Getting there took more than a business plan. It took late nights, patience, and a giant leap of faith.

A Shared Vision for their Family

Before Texas Gutter Guys, Kyle worked in tech manufacturing, moved into property preservation in 2019, and eventually entered the gutter industry, becoming a top salesperson for a major national gutter-protection company. Brittney had spent more than a decade building her career in corporate digital marketing, lead generation, project management, SEO, and marketing leadership.

Both were working hard to provide for their family. But Kyle's demanding schedule left little time to enjoy the life they were building together.

"I remember telling him, 'I feel like a single mom because you're never here,'" Brittney said. "We finally had to ask ourselves, what are we working this hard for if we never actually get to experience our life together?" That conversation helped them rethink what success should look like. They wanted more control over their future, more time with their children, and something they could build together.

Kyle took the lead in launching Texas Gutter Guys, while Brittney helped build the business behind the scenes and continued her corporate career to support their household

Selling everything they could live without

There was no large pool of investment money or comfortable safety net. To help fund the company, the Greers started selling what they could.

"We sold pretty much everything you could think of," Brittney said. "Golf clubs, fishing stuff, furniture, anything we could live without."

"We had this little movie room for the kids, and we sold basically everything in there, including the rug," she said. They also sold their 1998 Jeep Wrangler, a sacrifice they still talk about. "We still miss that Jeep," Brittney said. "We talk about it all the time."

For the company's first two years, Kyle did not take a salary. The family lived primarily on Brittney's corporate income while they reinvested in the business. Alongside her full-time job, Brittney was also running a marketing and consulting business with approximately 10 clients. Her days began around 7 a.m. with getting their daughter ready, packing lunches, and making the daycare drop-off. Then came a full corporate workday, followed by dinner, cleanup, bath time, and bedtime.

"Once she was asleep, I would go back into the office and work on my marketing and consulting business," Brittney said. "A lot of nights I worked until 2 in the morning. Then at 7, we started all over again."

Nights and weekends also went toward Texas Gutter Guys' website, SEO, advertising, technology, and the systems it would need to grow. The life they envisioned together was taking shape, one long day at a time.

Learning and building together

While Brittney worked behind the scenes, Kyle managed the field, handling many repairs himself and drawing on relationships he had developed with experienced installers.

The company initially partnered with subcontracted installers for full installations. Those relationships became a two-way education: Kyle shared his expectations for installation quality and homeowner care, while the installers deepened his knowledge of the hands-on craft.

"They taught him a lot, and he taught them a lot," Brittney said. "It really became a win-win partnership."

The Greers also hired a virtual assistant early on to help establish front-of-house processes, bringing structure to phone calls, customer communication, and the daily demands of a growing company.

"There were days I was completely wiped out," Kyle said, "but I knew what we were building was for our future and hopefully the next generation's future as well."

"Have a little faith in me"

The first two years tested their patience. With Kyle still taking no salary and the family continuing to invest in the company, Brittney sometimes wondered whether he should return to working for someone else.

Through those uncertain days, "Have a Little Faith in Me" became their soundtrack. They sang it, repeated it, and leaned on the message when progress felt slow. Kyle kept returning to the same reassurance. "Just because overnight success doesn't exist doesn't mean we won't be successful over time," he would tell her. "Be patient. I have a plan."

Gradually, the calendar began to reflect that confidence. More homeowners requested assessments. The phone kept ringing. Installation schedules filled with weeks of back-to-back projects.

For a couple who loves a good movie quote, the moment called for a line from Dumb and Dumber.

"We're really doing it, Harry!"

"I'm probably aging myself with that one," Brittney joked. "But that really was the feeling. We were really doing it."

By late 2024 and into early 2025, Brittney left corporate work and joined Texas Gutter Guys full-time, taking on operations, marketing, technology, branding, hiring, and company growth. When she joined full-time, Kyle added her as the company's primary owner, making Texas Gutter Guys a female-owned, family-operated business.

Helping homeowners understand their options

As the company grew, the Greers remained focused on a simple approach: educate homeowners, do what you say you will do, answer the phone, and stand behind your work.

Texas Gutter Guys performs on-site assessments, so its team can evaluate each property and explain recommendations in person. A homeowner may need a new gutter system, a repair, or an adjustment to how water leaves the roof and moves away from the home.

"We lead by educating our customers. We never want them to purchase something they don't understand," Brittney said. "Our job is to assess the home, explain what we see, and provide our expert recommendations and information so our customers can make the best decision for their home and budget."

That education includes details homeowners may not know to ask about: positioning gutters behind the roof's drip edge, establishing proper pitch, spacing hangers, and selecting gutter and downspout sizes suited to the home.

The company offers residential and commercial seamless gutters, gutter protection, repairs, cleaning and maintenance, custom applications, copper gutters, rain chains, and above-ground water-management solutions.

For the Greers, helping customers understand those options is part of doing the job well.

An Experience that Starts with the First Call

Brittney's background helped shape every step of the customer experience, from the first assessment request to installation and final cleanup.

"We always say the experience starts with the first click or the first phone call," she said. "It doesn't start when we show up to install gutters."

That belief guides the website, scheduling, communication, and follow-up. It also means making sure customers can reach the people caring for their home.

"If we miss you because we're already helping someone, we're calling you back," Brittney said. "People should be able to reach the company they're trusting with their home."

Today, Texas Gutter Guys has dedicated office staff, assessors, and an in-house installation team serving Cedar Park, Leander, Georgetown, Liberty Hill, Round Rock, and surrounding Central Texas communities.

Responsibilities Kyle and Brittney once handled themselves have become established positions and processes. Kyle remains closely involved in quality control, helping ensure completed projects meet the company's expectations.

As the team expands, the goal is for homeowners to feel the same care and accountability that shaped the company from the beginning.

Becoming Part of the Community

The Greers know their reputation is built through the experiences homeowners have with their team. More than 400 five-star Google reviews, referrals, and repeat customers represent people who trusted Texas Gutter Guys with their homes.

The company has also grown its community involvement through the Cedar Park Chamber of Commerce, local networking organizations, neighborhood events, nonprofit initiatives, and community partnerships.

"For us, becoming a recognizable local business has never been about simply putting the Texas Gutter Guys name in more places," Brittney said. "It's about genuinely becoming part of the community by giving back our time and resources, building relationships, and sharing our expertise in gutters and drainage solutions wherever we can be helpful. "Those relationships are part of what the Greers hope to keep building alongside the business.

A Foundation for the Next Generation

For Kyle and Brittney, the company's future is closely tied to the reason they started it. "When we were younger, neither of us really had this solid foundation or clear idea of exactly what we wanted to do with our careers," Brittney said. "We had to figure things out along the way. "They hope the business can offer their children a foundation while leaving them free to choose their own paths. "We want this to be a hand up for them in life," she said. Since launching Texas Gutter Guys in August 2022, the Greers can see their early sacrifices reflected in a growing team, homeowner relationships, and a business rooted in the community they call home.

They still remember the Jeep, the movie-room rug, and the late nights. They also remember what those sacrifices were building toward: a future with more opportunity for their family and a company that takes care of the people who count on it. And they still have a favorite way to celebrate how far they have come."We're really doing it, Harry."
