Lifetime Craftsmanship Warranty 

All new gutter installations completed by Texas Gutter Guys, LLC are backed by our Lifetime Transferable Craftsmanship Warranty. This warranty covers workmanship related to the original gutter installation performed by Texas Gutter Guys.

Warranty Transfer Information

Our craftsmanship warranty is transferable to a new homeowner:
 

• Standard warranty transfer fee: $250
• Licensed contractors receive complimentary warranty transfers

Warranty transfers must be requested and approved by Texas Gutter Guys.

Gutter Protection Workmanship Warranty

Advanced gutter protection installations include a 5-Year Workmanship Warranty from the original installation date. This warranty applies specifically to the workmanship of the gutter protection installation completed by Texas Gutter Guys.

Repair Warranty

Repairs made to pre-existing gutter systems, whether originally installed by Texas Gutter Guys or another company, include a 60-Day Workmanship Warranty from the repair date. Because repairs involve working with existing materials and systems, warranty coverage is limited to the specific repair area completed during the service visit.
 

Warranty Exclusions

While we stand behind our workmanship, certain conditions and circumstances are outside of our control and are not covered under warranty.
 

Warranty exclusions include:

• High winds
• Hail damage
• Storm damage
• Falling tree limbs or debris
• Acts of nature or severe weather events
• Accidental damage
• Customer negligence or misuse
• Damage caused by roofing, siding, painting, solar, or other third-party contractor work after installation
• Structural movement or settling of the home
• Pre-existing fascia, roofline, drip edge, or roofing issues
 

Drip Edge Notice

Texas Gutter Guys does not warrant dripping or water intrusion between the gutter and fascia in situations where:

• No drip edge is present
• The home has undersized builder-grade drip edge, typically less than 1 inch
 

Proper drip edge installation plays a critical role in directing water into the gutter system.
 

Metal Roof and Tile Roof Requirements

For homes with metal roofing or tile roofing systems, drip edge flashing must be installed prior to gutter installation. The purchaser is responsible for coordinating installation of drip edge flashing through the roofing company or contractor of their choice before Texas Gutter Guys begins gutter installation.

Work Performed by Other Companies

Texas Gutter Guys’ warranty applies only to workmanship performed directly by Texas Gutter Guys. This warranty does not cover gutter installation, repairs, modifications, adjustments, or related work completed by another company or individual. Any work performed by a third party is excluded from warranty coverage unless Texas Gutter Guys has provided written approval or a written warranty exception in advance.

Additional Warranty Information

All warranties are valid only when the original contract has been signed and paid in full unless otherwise stated directly on the customer’s quote.
